If you have arthritis, or a carditis

And nodules within, or below the skin

And red spots are found, that spread all around

Chorea you’ll see, such as lethargy

And some minor points: like pain in the joints

And fever when found, as white cells abound

Or if you are told, of a slow AV node

With ASOT or RF history

And a high rate, when you sedimentate

That will tell you if, RF’s in your stiff
