Here we see an example.  In the light area (two yellow rows), we see that diagnostic uncertainty was doubled when there was no autopsy in the earlier time period and “accuracy” of diagnosis about 10% more.  In the later period, virtually the same thing was true, even though the overall figures were slightly better in each cell.
